We built STUDIONOVO to make getting great design work done a whole lot simpler. But we know you might have a few questions before jumping in.

From turnaround times and revisions to what you can submit and how your subscription works, we’ve covered the details below. And if you don’t see what you’re looking for, reach out. We’re always happy to talk it through.

  • Submit as many design requests as you’d like and keep them organized in your project queue. We work through one active project at a time, moving to the next request as soon as the current project is approved.

  • Our standard turnaround is three business days per request. More complex projects may require additional time, but we’ll communicate with you if a project needs a little longer.

    When you request revisions, a new three-business-day turnaround window begins.

  • As many as you need. Revisions are unlimited within the scope of your original request, so you can continue providing feedback until the project is ready to ship.

  • STUDIONOVO can handle a wide range of production design projects, including marketing materials, social graphics, presentations, digital ads, event collateral, signage, apparel graphics, packaging, and more.

    If you’re unsure whether something fits within your subscription, just ask.

  • Absolutely. In fact, we expect it.

    During onboarding, you’ll upload your brand guidelines, logos, fonts, colors, and other creative assets to your STUDIONOVO account. We’ll use those resources as the foundation for the work we create, helping everything we design feel consistent with the brand you’ve already built.

  • AI and DIY design tools can be great for generating ideas, creating a starting point, or helping your team move faster. But generating something and having a finished piece of design that’s polished, on-brand, and ready to use aren’t always the same thing.

    With STUDIONOVO, you’re working with an experienced designer who understands your brand, knows how to make creative decisions, and can prepare the final work for wherever it needs to go.

    Already made something with AI? Great. Send it our way. We can use your idea, rough concept, or generated graphic as a starting point and turn it into something that actually feels like your brand.

  • Yep. STUDIONOVO is built specifically for creative production, so services like brand strategy, naming, full brand identity development, website development, copywriting, video production, and other specialized creative services aren’t included in your subscription.

    Have something outside the usual scope? Reach out and we can let you know whether it’s something we can help with.

  • Everything happens through your STUDIONOVO dashboard. After completing your subscription, you’ll receive an invitation to the STUDIONOVO project portal.

    Submit your request, upload your content and assets, add any helpful direction or inspiration, and place the project in your queue.

    You can also use your dashboard to communicate, provide feedback, approve projects, and access completed work.

  • Your projects are completed by one of the founders of STUDIONOVO, Alex or Josh. One of them will be assigned to your account, and unless they’re out of office for some reason, they will be your dedicated designer.

    You’ll work directly with them through the STUDIONOVO portal as you submit projects, provide feedback and access your completed projects.

  • No problem. Your subscription gives you access to STUDIONOVO whenever you need creative support during your active subscription. Submit projects when you’re ready and keep your queue as full, or as empty, as you’d like.

  • Yes. If you know you won’t need design support for a period of time, you can pause your subscription from your dashboard and resume when you’re ready to start submitting projects again.

  • Yep. STUDIONOVO is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract. You can cancel directly from your dashboard at any time.

    If you cancel during a billing period, you’ll continue to have access through the end of the month you’ve already paid for.

  • Yes. Once your project is completed, the final design belongs to you. Editable source files are also available upon request.

    If a project requires a separately licensed asset, font, image, or other resource, we’ll let you know before final delivery.

  • We’re happy to help with the technical side. If your printer, sign company, apparel vendor, or other production partner has questions about file setup, specifications, or the artwork we’ve provided, we can help make sure they have what they need.

    We do ask that you remain the primary point of contact with your vendors. STUDIONOVO is designed to be your creative production partner rather than a project manager between you and third-party vendors.

  • A good brief goes a long way. Send us your content, brand assets, dimensions or specifications, examples or inspiration, and any other direction that will help us understand what you need.

    The clearer the request, the faster we can get to the good stuff.
